At WYLIST, all sales are final. As a luxury consignment business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
We take great care to ensure every item is accurately described and thoroughly photographed before listing. Condition, any signs of wear and all notable details are clearly documented so you can shop with complete confidence before purchasing.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives in a condition that significantly differs from how it was described in the listing, please contact us at hello@wylist.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution.
We strongly encourage all customers to read the full product description, review all listing images and reach out to us before purchasing if they have any questions. We are always happy to provide additional images or information prior to any order being placed.
